Problem

Your aquabike is oxidized or rusted.


Origin

This usually comes from poor maintenance of the aquabike and/or water in your pool.


Resolution

Verify and adhere to the following usage protocol:

- Our products are intended to be in a pool with a pH between 7.0 and 7.4.
- Our products should be removed from the pool during shock treatments.
- Our products should be installed more than one meter away from the discharge nozzles.
- Our products should be taken out from the pool and cleaned with clean water after each use.

If the treatment of the pool is carried out by a salt electrolyser, please check that the hydraulic installation of the pool is equipped with a grounding anode, that it is well positioned and well connected.

If you have complied with these procedures and conditions of use and your product is still under warranty (less than 3 years), please submit your request on our customer interface (available here) , with your purchase invoice and a picture of the problem.
