Problem


Your engine block shows the error code E1, E3, E4, E5, E6 ou E8.

Origin


These error codes indicate poor water flow in the filter pump.
 

Resolution


Check that the water line in the pool is between the min and max limits. If this is not the case, fill or empty your spa so that the water line is between these two limits.



Clean the 2 nozzles (suction and discharge) inside the basin. To do this, just unscrew these nozzles and remove any filth (hair, fur, dead skin...).




Disconnect the electrical outlet from your spa for 5 minutes and reconnect the outlet after this time.

If the E6 code persists, please check that your inflatable is fully inflated (be careful not to overinflate) or check that it does not deflate.

 

If the E1, E3, E4, E5, E6 or E8 code does not disappear, follow the procedure below:

If your product is out of warranty (over 2 years), you can order spare parts from our online store.

If your product is still under warranty (less than 2 years), please open a support request, enclosing your purchase invoice and a photo of the problem.


ATTENTION: If during the repair, the problem is solved with the manipulations described above, we will be obliged to charge you the labour and the costs of redirection at the price of 89 Euros TTC.
